Data Deletion Request

You can ask Miwen Studio (MWIEUCN INC) to delete the personal data associated with you or your use of our games at any time.

What data we hold

Most of our games do not require an account. The data related to your use of our games is generally limited to the identifiers and analytics described in our Privacy Policy, which are processed by our partners such as Google AdMob and Firebase. If you contacted us, we also hold your email and messages.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@miwenstudio.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or use our contact form and choose the topic "Privacy / data request".
  2. Tell us the name of the game(s) concerned and, if available, any player ID shown in the game's settings.
  3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your messages and contact details held by us.
  • Any game data linked to an identifier you provide (such as progress or player ID stored on our servers, if any).

What may be kept

We may keep limited information when required by law (for example records needed for tax, fraud prevention or legal claims), for no longer than necessary.

Data held by Google

To reset or delete the advertising ID used by ad partners, go to your Android Settings › Google › Ads. To manage data held by Google, visit myaccount.google.com.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling a game removes the game data stored locally on your device.
