This Privacy Policy explains how MWIEUCN INC ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand Miwen Studio, collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile games and applications (the "Apps") and our website https://miwenstudio.com (the "Site"). It applies to all Apps published by Miwen Studio on Google Play unless an App has its own specific policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us (by email or through the contact form) we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically by our Apps. Our Apps may use third-party services that automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

  • device model, operating system version, language and country/region;
  • the advertising ID of your device (Android Advertising ID) and similar identifiers;
  • IP address (used to estimate your approximate location for ad delivery and fraud prevention);
  • app usage data such as levels played, session length, crashes and performance information.

Information collected by the Site. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics or advertising partners may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies or similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as precise location, contacts, photos, health data or payment card details. In-app purchases, if any, are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain and improve our Apps and Site;
  • show advertising that keeps our games free;
  • measure performance, fix bugs and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • respond to your questions and support requests;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

Our Apps and Site may use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

Advertising partners may use the advertising ID and cookies to show personalised ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings › Google › Ads) and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example for personalised advertising, collected through a consent message), our legitimate interests (keeping our services secure and working, measuring performance), and to perform our agreement with you (providing the Apps). Where required by law, users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are served.

5. Children

Our Apps are designed for a general audience. Where an App may be used by children, we configure advertising to be suitable for children and to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable laws such as COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards (generally no more than 24 months). Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the Site or in our Apps.
