These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by MWIEUCN INC under the brand Miwen Studio (the "Apps") and the website https://miwenstudio.com (the "Site"). By downloading, installing or using our Apps or Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use our Apps on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
  • use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorised software;
  • interfere with advertising, or generate fake ad clicks or impressions;
  • use the Apps or Site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Some Apps may offer virtual items or features through in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed, not sold. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Advertising

Our Apps are free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Apps and on the Site — including games, graphics, characters, music, logos and the Miwen Studio name — is owned by or licensed to MWIEUCN INC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue any App or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using an App.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWIEUCN INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Apps or Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
